Vic Sotto's M-ZET Productions Teaming Up with ABS-CBN/Star Cinema for An Entry To The 37th MMFF This Coming December?

With the enormous box office success of his latest film, Pak! Pak! My Dr. Kwak!, it's no surprise that Bossing is considering to do another movie with the Kapamilya Network.

According to the rumor mill, this new collaboration will be a big one because this project, once pushed through, will be M-ZET Productions and Star Cinema's entry to this year's 37th Metro Manila Film Festival.

In his interview with Bernie Franco of Push, Vic Sotto revealed, "Meron kaming pinag-uusapan [ng Star Cinema]...at this point hindi ko pa mai-divulge"

Last year, Sotto's collaboration with Imus Production and GMA Films', Si Agimat At Si Enteng, finished as the Festival's top-grosser earning 159 million in a span of 14 days. Meanwhile, Star Cinema's Ai-Ai Delas Alas starrer, Ang Tanging Ina Mo Last Na 'To came in second with 157 million.

Bong Revilla and his film outfit, Imus Productions is currently filming his follow-up to the 2009 MMMF hit, 'Panday'. Revilla teamed up again with GMA Films, while Kapuso Star Marian Rivera was signed in to be his leading lady.

If the supposed team up with Sotto and ABS-CBN is true, then there'll be one-hell-of-a-TV-Network-competition to look forward to this coming Christmas Season.
