1) Determine when you get heartburn the most. Use a notepad if needed but try to narrow down your heartburn attacks to either a time of day, after a certain type of meal/drink and how often the attacks occur.
2)If you have found that you are getting heartburn or acid reflux after a bowl of cereal, ice cream, or drinking a coffee, this is an indication you are sensitive to these foods. Try to reduce your daily intake of these foods, you may be overdoing it.
3) Go to your local grocery store and buy apple-cider vinegar, honey and DanActive. DanActive is a dairy drink packed with vitamins and other things to help your immune system. It is usually found in the dairy section with other cold items. Look up DanActive online if you are not sure what it looks like. Apple-Cider Vinegar is a cider flavored vinegar which has many health benefits. Honey, similar to vinegar has a history of restoring health.
4)Fill a small shot glass, 1/2 full of Apple-Cider vinegar. Dip your spoon into the honey and let most of it drip off. The honey is mostly for taste because the Vinegar is strong and difficult to drink. Have this mixture ready for your next Acid Reflux attack. Since you have been keeping track in your notebook of your attacks, you should be able to know when you need your Vinegar ready.
5)Having an Acid Reflux Attack? Drink the cider-vinegar in one swallow from the shot glass, much like it was a shot of Tequila. Once you swallow, quickly put the honey filled spoon in your mouth, to kill the flavor. After about 3-4 attacks, start doing your Vinegar shot, twice a day. Once mid-morning after breakfast and once after dinner. Do this for about a week.
6)Drink DanActive shots daily. You can actually start drinking these from day one, but keep them separate from the Vinegar. Never do them together. Try to drink DanActive first thing in the morning with nothing else. Allow DanActive to do it's thing before putting anymore chemicals in your body like Coffee, Soda, or Beer.
