A GLORY HOLE ALMOST SWALLOWS A PUPPY

GERMAN SHEPHERD PUPPY GETS HEAD SUCK IN WHAT'S BEING CALLED "A GLORY HOLE" WHILE LOOKING FOR HIS MASTER

LA,CALIFORNIA----An 8-month-old German shepherd named Rebel somehow squeezed his head through a what is being dubbed a man glory hole in an 18-inch block wall at his Desert Hot Springs home Monday. Then he got stuck.

"Rebel may have been chasing another K9 friend around while his master was "entertaining friends" by the great glory wall" said Blair Sandi a local bar owner. The dog cried and whimpered until the owners friend was finished "entertaining his friend" and called the local authorities.

After the local authorities responded and arrived at the scene it was evident the owner was not in the area or at his residence. County Animal Services arrived at 12:30pm where they determined the dog was not in any serious danger.

An officer got on the other side of the wall, tucked slowing back and forth for about 30 minutes and was able to give the pup a full release from that wall. "What was interesting is that it was easy to pull Rebel back through the hole with residue of some lubricant surrounding the mouth of the hole" said Officer Clearwater.

The owner was never located but the authorities released Rebel into the custody of the owners friend.
